Terms of Service

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service. You must be 18 or legally authorized by an employer.

SuperCode provides SMS services for businesses including: • Bulk messaging • OTP verification • Short codes • SMS marketing • Content services • Developer API We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any service with prior notice.

As a user, you agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information • Keep your login credentials confidential • Use the service for lawful purposes only • Obtain explicit consent from recipients before sending marketing messages • Comply with all local laws and regulations • Not send violating, offensive, or violence-inciting content

You are prohibited from using our services to: • Send phishing or fraudulent messages • Send illegal or indecent content • Infringe intellectual property rights • Send bulk messages without consent (spam) • Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems • Impersonate another entity or company We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate service upon detecting any violation.

Prices are determined by service type and usage volume. Invoices are issued monthly or as agreed. Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend service with prior notice.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior written notice. We reserve the right to immediate termination in case of material breach. Upon termination, all outstanding balances must be paid, and your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

We do our utmost to deliver a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee 100% delivery due to factors beyond our control (network issues, carrier outages, etc.). Our maximum liability is limited to your monthly subscription value. We are not liable for any indirect damages.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Palestine. Any dispute arising from it shall be resolved amicably first, and if not possible, referred to the competent courts in Hebron.
